How long will it take a transaction to appear in your dashboard?

Typically less than a week after the purchase ships or travel is complete.  If it doesn't show up in 30 days, please submit a Missing or Incorrect Transactions Form and we'll work with the merchant to confirm & obtain credit where possible.

How many stores are iConsumer friendly?

Over 2,000 stores.  The iConsumer Button and our mobile apps are automatically updated, so that you don't have to remember which stores are participating. There are a few stores, (including Home Depot) that require you to visit their store from either the iConsumer site or a link in an iConsumer email.  The best way to find out if your favorite store is working with iConsumer is to check the All Stores list on the iConsumer website.

When can I get my Stock back?

The long answer.  Short answer: Whenever you want, after the status of your Reward is "EARNED".

Are there any limits to how much Stock I can earn?

iConsumer does not place any limits on what you can earn, however select stores may have limits, based on shopping activity.  Check individual stores' Known Exceptions for specific details.

How can I recommend my favorite store to iConsumer?

Help us grow, help your stake get more valuable, by getting us more stores.  Is there a store we don't have that we should?  Let us know by dropping us a support ticket at support.iConsumer.com.

Amazon - what's with them?

Amazon is the gorilla.  They don't pay us money, but we don't want to make it hard for you to shop there.  So we do provide some links to Amazon.

How much is our stock worth?

The SEC won't let us tell you that (and it's only our opinion, anyway).  What we can tell you is what people are buying and selling it for.  In December, 2016, people paid $.045 per share for our stock.  Beginning in January, 2017 people paid $0.09 for it.  Our next offering was qualified on June 13th, 2019 and the price we started selling was $0.15 / share.  Later in the year we raised it to $.18 / share.  Check out the real time OTC price quotes.

Is iConsumer publicly traded?  What's your stock ticker symbol?

Yes.  We're quoted on the OTC under the ticker symbol RWRDP.

Where do I learn more about this being "public" stuff?

Two great places.  First, you can see an organized list of our SEC filings here.  Second, we have a whole site devoted to learning more about  our new kind of public company, and what it means to be an investor in a crowdfunded early stage company over at Shareholder Academy.

Can I sell my shares?

Yes.  And that's a big deal.

A word of caution.  Just because you want to sell your shares doesn't mean there will always be somebody who wants to buy your shares at a price you feel is acceptable.
