How long will it take a transaction to appear in your dashboard?

Typically less than a week after the purchase ships or travel is complete.  If it doesn't show up in 30 days, please submit a Missing Transactions Form and we'll work with the merchant to confirm & obtain credit where possible.

How many stores are iConsumer friendly?

Over 1,700+ stores.  The iConsumer Button and our apps are automatically updated, so that you don't have to remember which stores are participating. There are a few stores, including Amazon and Home Depot that require you to visit their store from either the iConsumer site or a link in an iConsumer email.  The best way to find out if your favorite store is working with iConsumer is to check the All Stores list on the iConsumer website.

When do I get my cash back?

The long answer.  Short answer: Automatically, approximately 90 days after the transaction is reported to us by the store, and after we owe you at least $25.

Are there any limits to how much cash back or stock I can earn?

iConsumer does not place any limits on what you can earn, however select stores may have limits, based on shopping activity.  Check individual stores' Known Exceptions for specific details.

How can I recommend my favorite store to iConsumer?

Help us grow, help your stake get more valuable, by getting us more stores.  Is there a store we don't have that we should?  Let us know by dropping us a support ticket at support.iConsumer.com.

Amazon - what's with them?

We love Amazon, but they have lots of rules that make it hard for cash back folks like iConsumer to work with them. Instead, we've chosen to offer their coupons and deals, without offering you cash back on just a limited number of items. iConsumer makes money when you shop at Amazon via our links, and that helps us pay the bills and grow.  So, even though no cash back, shopping at Amazon helps your company a lot.

How much is our stock worth?

The SEC won't let us tell you that (and it's only our opinion, anyway).  What we can tell you is what people are buying and selling it for.  In December, 2016, people paid $.045 per share for our stock.

In January, in recognition of our growth, we filed an amended offering statement with the SEC.  In it, we disclosed our intention of selling additional shares at $.09 per share.  The SEC wants us to say that all plans are subject to change.

We want it to be easy for you to buy or sell our stock.  On September 29, 2016 the SEC "qualified" our offering.  That means we crossed the T's and dotted the I's.  It doesn't mean the SEC said we were good or bad.  We've appointed a transfer agent (Direct Issuer), issued shares to members in December, 2016, and we're now working to find companies that want to "make a market" for iConsumer stock.  Our goal in the near term is to get our stock listed on the OTC QB.

Can I sell my shares?

Yes.  And that's a big deal.

A word of caution.  Just because you want to sell your shares doesn't mean there will always be somebody who wants to buy your shares at a price you feel is acceptable.

What kind of reports can I expect to receive because I'm an owner?

By law, we're required to do some very specific reporting once the SEC qualifies our offering.  We hope to exceed that in every way we can and that is practical.
  • You can expect quarterly financial statements.
  • You can expect annual audited financial statements.
  • You can expect a quarterly management discussion about the performance of your company.
  • You have a dashboard that maintains up to date information about your shares and pending shares.
  • We are looking at holding webinars frequently to discuss our progress, and to cover issues related to ownership.
  • We are extending the scope of our Shareholder Academy to make it easy for our owners to participate in giving us feedback and ideas for growth.
