Tracking Your Cash Back

When you successfully link to a store via iConsumer.com, your store visit will be immediately posted in the
"My Visits" link under your name. (you may need to refresh the page) and at http://www.iconsumer.com/html/myvisits.cfm

If you see your store visit, then tracking is working!  Any purchases made at the posted visit, we are confident will be reported to us (from the store) as a cash back reward for you.  Stores usually report to us within the first 10 days after they've shipped (or actual travel dates), but some stores can take up to 30 days to report.  After being reported to us, your transaction and cash back will be posted in your Stats.

Sometimes there is a store reporting issue.
If it's been more than 10 days and your transaction is missing, you can submit a Missing or Incorrect Transaction Form at http://www.iConsumer.com/html/missingtrans.cfm  (Be sure to check the store listing for any Exceptions). We use that form to both give you credit, and to figure out what may have gone wrong.

Are most of your purchases at Amazon?
Shopping at Amazon will help improve iConsumer, and since you are a shareholder that is a great thing. However, Amazon reporting is unique and unlike all others iConsumer stores. Amazon will not report the necessary order information to allow us to identify the iConsumer member who made the purchase.  Amazon purchases will not appear on the member Shopping Report.  We are unable to investigate any individual Amazon transaction. (This is why they are excluded from all member bonus offers.)

Please make sure you review the retailers individual exceptions and donations as they are subject to change. Any double cash back or other increases will be reflected in the published amount on the site.

Download the iConsumer Button and never miss a chance to earn Cash Back or stock!
