Tracking Your Rebate

When you successfully link to a store via iConsumer.com, your store visit will be immediately posted in the
"My Visits" link under your name, (you may need to refresh the page) and at http://www.iconsumer.com/html/myvisits.cfm

If you see your store visit, then tracking is working!  Any purchases made at the posted visit, we are confident will be reported to us (from the store) as a Rebate for you.  Stores usually report to us within the 1-2 days after the order has shipped (or actual travel dates), but some stores can take 30 days or more to report.  After being reported to us, your transaction and Rebate will be posted in your Stats.

Sometimes there is a store reporting issue.
If it's been more than 10 days and your transaction has not appeared in your Stats, you can submit a Missing or Incorrect Transaction Form at http://www.iConsumer.com/html/missingtrans.cfm  (Be sure to check the store listing for any Exceptions). We use that form to both give you credit, and to figure out what may have gone wrong.

Please make sure you review the retailers' individual exceptions as they are subject to change. Any double rebate or other increases will be reflected in the published amount on the site.

Download the iConsumer Button and never miss a chance to earn a rebate!
